Usually each month, OC Green Drinks highlights a local charity organization and collects donations from OC Green Drinks guests on behalf of the selected organization. Typically, the charity organization is related to “green” in some way. Habitat restoration, waste mitigation, green building, etc…

HOW DO I GET MY CHARITY INVOLVED?

Attend an OC Green Drinks so you’re able to see first hand what they’re like.

HOW FAR AHEAD OF TIME ARE OC GREEN DRINKS EVENTS PLANNED?
This depends on the venue and how simple or fancy the particular OC Green Drinks event is going to be. Could be as quickly as a few weeks, if we have the availability or as far out as 2+ years.

WHAT’S EXPECTED OF MY CHARITY IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE?
Experienced charity employee or volunteer to give an introductory speech to OC Green Drinks guest for approximately 5-10 minutes.
Help promote the OC Green Drinks event that’s featuring your non-profit via email newsletters, social media, word of mouth, printed fliers, etc. It’s a fundraiser for your charity so why not use this as another point of interest to reach out to your regular supporters, right?
Volunteers from your charity are welcome to participate and sometimes needed depending on how elaborate the given event is.

DOES MY CHARITY NEED TO BE AN OFFICIAL NON-PROFIT?
Yes, OC Green Drinks must see proof that your charity is a registered non-profit.

HOW MUCH MONEY AND AWARENESS WILL MY CHARITY GET OUT OF PARTICIPATING?
Current attendance is anywhere from 50-130 depending on the location, venue, etc and is growing by the month. Your charity will also be introduced to OC Green Drinks subscribers and followers on various web-sites, email newsletters, etc…
We typically suggest $10 as a donation from our guests, but there is typically no admission fee required. OC Green Drinks has collected as much as $500 at a single event with guest donations alone.
